This was my first visit with Dr. Coyne and she was wonderful, able to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed at all. The medical assistant was very friendly and calm. She even told me to call if I had any questions and that I should "ask to speak to a medical assistant". Despite a great in-person experience, I cannot give more than 3 stars because I have not been able to get answers to questions about my prescription. I have called three separate times. Twice in a row, I was put on hold for over five minutes and told that the medical assistants were not available (understandable) and that they would call me back as soon as they were done with the patients. I waited until 5 pm and they did not call me, so I called them once more and I had to leave a message because no one answered. I still have not received a callback or even a voicemail (it's been over a week since my appointment). I still trust the medical care that is provided by Dr. Coyne and I hope that this review helps to bring this inefficiency and gap in their administrative processes to the attention of an administrator who can rectify it. It is poor customer service and an abhorrent patient experience that could easily be improved with a better system, and it will need to be in order for me to continue bringing my business to this practice.
