Never ever buy a car or try and get service from Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep they will treat you like trash I have a warranty, I ,went online and put in a service request. I was rudely informed that they do not honor the online service request and my car is not new so it is not a priority, Eddie Kent, Service Manager and who ever his sales person that I first spoke to, called me and was very rude and disrespectful... I am going to trade my car for a Chevrolet as fast as I can because I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM TALLAHASSEE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP and I AM GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD TO ANY AND EVERYBODY NOT TO SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
