Every time we visit a new place we are taken by many expectations of living there an unforgettable moment and that is kept in our best memories. In relation to the House of Tereza after the experience lived last Saturday is a lot of frustration and disappointment. I've never been to a restaurant before where it became so obvious how unhappy people are working there. Bad mood, inattention, and no empathy. The dishes delivered were just reflections of all this. I apologize for the outburst, but I hope this assessment will help management to act on the opportunities and ensure that the fame of the house is real.
