Lost my rebate, and still working to get it resolv...

Lost my rebate, and still working to get it resolved. Thank goodness, I kept copies. There is no one to talk too, the system of process is outdated. I am going to file with the better business, and attorney generals. I think there is no accountability for issues. Terrible process, and terrible customer service.
