I am a regular customer so I write this with deep concern. My appointment was scheduled at 11:40am. I waited in the car for more than 30 minutes for a team member to finally acknowledge me. After getting the primary inspection and my paperwork done so I can leave the car, Robert (the specialist) was very persistent about completing extra things to my car. Total ended up costing almost $300! After I thought it was settled I ended up waiting for 4 hours for what turned out to be a simple oil change, fluid change, and tire rotation. I ve done this before and the longest i ve waited was 1 hour. This was definitely my worst experience:
