I took my car in on February 5, 2020 due to a recall and shift issue. I was greeted by Sue (who is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered). She had everything ready for me and listened to my concerns and addressed every issue. She went over and beyond. So glad she was the person helping me. Also Brandon Colon( the Manager) checked with me to make sure everything was going well and let me know that he was also available should I have any questions or concerns. They both made my experience with Jim Ellis worth it!!! Thank you both for displaying great customer service.
