Very poorly maintained. Staff useless.no drinking ...

Very poorly maintained. Staff useless.no drinking water available in the room u have to come to restaurent at 4th floor to drink water all the time or to refill it.the staff says no immediately for drinking water in the room. Airconditions in realy bad shape the old window ac . One in my room had all vents of ac broken. Over all a very uncomfortable experience..
