This is a great location for a 1st-timer to Tims! The downstairs seems typical - wait in a rag-tag line that runs out the door, order, and pick up. BUT then you can (and should!) go upstairs for comfortable seating, plenty of charging outlets, and a museum. We were there on a Friday morning around 9, and had it to ourselves. The lady working upstairs keeping it clean also has a really good handle of Tims history. She (Saundra?) loves to talk about how the company has evolved, the changes that have come though, and the community involvement. Have I mentioned the place is spotless? Our visit set the bar for every other Tims visit during our trip. (They all fell FAR short.) So... you should go to this location!
