We came here last year and the service was amazing...

We came here last year and the service was amazing. The three stars comes from our stay this time, where I ve found the service lacking. I think perhaps they were not equipped staff-wise to handle the Memorial Day crowd. Pool service staff were hard to catch and it took a lot of time to not only get your order but even place one; they seemed overwhelmed. The amenities are beautiful but as everyone mentioned, the food is expensive. To me the standard rooms/even what the call upgrades are fairly standard. Nothing special. Good for families, but honestly not sure I d stay here again.
