We recently purchased a home in Losani's Fallingwater development. Although there were many positive factors in this process, Losani fell short on some key things which prevented me from selecting a higher rating.

On the bright side, Losani's warranty team was effective and fair in ensuring that deficiencies were corrected to both their and our satisfaction.

I would like to give a special thanks to Angela Passalent, a Warranty Service Representative from Losani Homes. She answered our concerns in a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with. Her level of service, professionalism and attention to details has been top notch.
