Great staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful. We had problems at the airport with our luggage and they would check in on us to see if we got our luggage back, or if we needed anything else. They helped us out by getting out luggage back. The pools are nice and the food there is very delicious! The staff there really treat you like royalty. We will be going back hopefully next year! (:
