We had car troubles on a day trip to KC from Wichita. We limped in to the dealership at 5:30(they close at 6:30) and they served us immediately with super pleasant attitudes. After 20 minutes, they diagnosed the problem as a computer imbalance, reset the system, tweaked it and the problem was solved! They didn't charge me at all! We made it home safely with no issues! Great place and super helpful folks! Ivy, in the service department, was so kind and understanding! I will definitely go back! Thanks SM Kia!!!
