I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter and son-in-law have been working with a sales person at this dealership for a week about a Durango. She was approved for the loan and even had a very nice down payment with a trade in. She told the sales person she could be there after work today for the vehicle. Instead of the sales person notifying her that they had someone coming to look at the Durango so she could send them her deposit they just sold it out from under her. Not to mention the horrible customer service this whole time, no budging on price what so ever, and horrible communication between the sales person and managers. This is a great way to discourage a young couple who is doing this on their own for the first time.
