May be helpful when taking payment but as useful as a chocolate teapot when it comes to dealing with incorrect bills. Stated they have no way of reporting to their principal that a bill has been incorrectly addressed. They must be able to report when they have collected a payment so they must be able to report a genuine error. And they work for HMRC - what a shower. Followed by an hour talking to someone in the HMRC office/call centre was no better. No-one seems to take responsibility. An account had been hacked earlier in the year and was reported - the bill was for that period. Advantis had the correct address for the company who had hacked the account at Companies House but chose to chase us instead. Dishonest? Incompetent? Both?
