The Company has a worker named Sean Connor. Connor is rude and not fair to clients or guards. Sean is the direct relative of the CEO thus acts entitled. The Company should make every effort to change behavior that reflects poorly on the company. Many guards have complained that he is directly rude to them, and he does not pull his weight when it comes to covering shifts. The company has a large turn over rate and should make an attempt to value every single employee, like they do with Bob Connor's son, Sean. Until the company corrects these ethics, I would suggest to search elsewhere for security needs and employment.
