The Hyatt Centric Park City is the perfect mix of full resort type amenities while keeping a personalize boutique type service level. When you stay at the Hyatt you feel like family - starting with Roger the valet greeting you at the door to Rob at the bar serving your favorite drink. The resort is located perfectly at the end of the road - so your neighbor is the mountain and ski lift lift for all your recreational needs. If you are looking for a place to host an event- Doris and the events team are the best around. Be it a wedding, corporate gathering, or a large dinner celebration no one will put more care and personal effort into your event than this team. The suites are lovely - with extra room for those long stays and from the mouth of the kids this pool is totally awesome!

AC didn't work that well. Couldn't sleep too much noise. Over priced
We had to change rooms to get sleep. The new room was adjacent to a room with the TV on full blast, no sleep. Management sucks!

This place is awesome. My wife and I along with our six-year-old daughter visit at least once a year for a quick weekend trip. Very relaxing, awesome employees, and they have always been willing to go the extra mile. They even upgraded us to an amazing two bedroom, suite with a full-size living room and kitchen last time. Love this place.

Called room service two nights in a row. Once at 10, and the other at 11. They didn t have one of the four items on their 24hr menu, and refused to sell me a glass of wine.... some resort! Will never be a patron of this establishment again....

Came over Memorial Day weekend. We had a king bed room with fireplace and balcony. The room and view is great, the food is delicious (although pricey), and there's tons to do in the area. We were bummed about several menu items being unavailable for both lunch and dinner but we brought some food and beverages with us as well so we weren't without. A pretty nice time, would be awesome to come back during ski season.

Paid holiday full rates for ski in/ski out as advertised on the hotel website. Plenty of snow...but hotel lift not running and ski slope to hotel closed...completely disappointed
Would never stay here again.

Staff was courteous and very helpful in navigating the area and the mountains for skiing. They provided many services that we enjoyed including the ski-in valet, shuttles to and from main street, and handling our luggage.

During my stay at this hotel, I received great friendly treatment from the staff members. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Park City, UT.
I spend a week there for our Wounded Warrior reunion.
Their military support was felt by our group, and for that... we are very thankful!.

This is an amazing Hyatt property. I was here for a work meeting, and the event staff is phenomenal. It is clean, spacious, with great staff. The restaurant is very nice, the menu is limited; what is available is excellent. They are very cognizant of food allergies which is awesome! I can't wait to come here again.

The staff was wonderful. I stayed there traveling to the south for a gig. During COVID many amenities were not available for obvious reasons. I needed to print something out and Mr. Leon offerd me the opportunity to email him my document so that he could print it out for me. Just that 3 minutes he took helped me a lot. What a wonderful experience. Thank you

Convenient rental services and ski in/out to the Canyons village base of Park City Resort, combined with a great heated pool & spa, a decent restaurant & bar, and very good customer service for the price, make this a worthy accommodation for the resort. Recommended

This is a 4 star hotel with 2 star service. Some of the staff were lovely and friendly but the overall experience was below par. Food was just ok. The front desk couldn't organise travel into the town of Park City for a restaurant booking, despite me giving them 8 hours notice of the booking. Told me in a very dismissive way to use Uber or Lyft. I could find neither service that evening and was 20 mins late for my restaurant booking (thanks RIver Horse for accommodating us you were amazing on a busy night)! When i complained to the front desk about this i overheard one of the ladies say "why is this our fault". It may surprise some of the staff to learn that hotels normally organise things such as transport for their guests. The next morning we were due to leave after midday and I asked for a 30 min extension on the room booking and was told absolutely now way. Again this is a fairly standard request. To top off the whole experience i sent my sons skies out to be waxed and when i went to the ski valet on our last day they had no idea where they were. Fast forward 45 mins and still no skies when we only had 3.5 hours to ski. The Skies were eventually found but there was no immediate offer of rentals to allow us to get on the slopes. No apology given. The young men in the ski valet acted as if it was a complete inconvenience to be asked to do anything. I will NEVER go back to this place. They think they can charge thousands of dollars for a weekend stay and just provide a bed. Also the ski in ski out is a little misleading. The private ski lift at the back of the hotel takes you up a blue run where only way up the mountain is to ski back to the base and get in all the crowds. Save yourself the money and walk to the base or stay in a true ski in ski out establishment.

Love it. With friendly service and amazing amenities, I would love to come back. I only wish there pool and hot tub were open past 10:00pm at least for adults. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The one bedroom suite offered a full kitchen, living room with a sofa sleeper, dining room and a beautiful master bedroom. It was great that you get a free movie rental from there "Red Box" style machine in there convenient store. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxurious ski in ski out accommodations.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The pool was Easy to access and there were lots of lawn chairs to sit on. It says online the pool is heated however it didn't seem any warmer than your standard outdoor pool, I was a little disappointed about that. The food was also quite expensive I paid $5 for a small unflavored cup of coffee and the food seemed even more over priced.

This is the Happy Hyatt! We weren't too sure what visiting a winter destination in the summer time would be like (I cast my mind back to the trips I'd made as a kid to English seaside towns in winter - all grey skies, strewn fish and chip papers blowing in the streets like tumble-weed, soggy kiss-me-quick postcards curling at the edges...shivering just thinking about it!) But NO! Park City and, specifically, the Canyons in the summer is absolutely breathtaking, with an abundance of outdoor activities to suit all kinds - the adrenaline seekers (zip lining & mountain biking here are top class), the deep-breaths and take it all in types (hiking, horse-riding) and those just there for R&R (great food, sunbathing by the pool etc.) From the moment we arrived, we were taken with just how friendly and accommodating the staff here is. We stayed 10-days, so we got to know a lot of the staff quite well. The highlight of our stay was making friends with James; the restaurant and bar manager - he is the epitome of what every employer is looking for in their management. HIs kindness and good humor kept us coming back night after night, just to spend time there. The nights we did venture out to other restaurants or bars, the food and atmosphere left us hankering to go back to the Escala Lodge. The dinner menu at the Escala has something for everyone and the chef has truly created some very tasty dishes (they also have a family dining option for parties of more than 3.) We just found out that we will be back in Utah at the end of September and, though we could stay anywhere else, we didn't hesitate to reserve a room back at the Escala Lodge - we have stayed at other Hyatt's and been impressed with a good level of service, but this one, truly, is the Happiest Hyatt of all:)

I've traveled all over the world and this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The property was beautiful. The staff was so friendly. And there was a free shuttle which was very accommodating. Loved it!!!

Amazing place to stay in the park city area!!! Right by the slopes if you come to ski . They have hot chocolate packets at the front desk, they come with a little yellow rubber ducky . The room was very nice and the bed was supper soft that you wouldn t want to get out of bed in the morning. It s also a great place to stay during the summer. Lots of hiking trails. It s park city s off peak, so if you re one of those people that like the pool to your self come during summer.

Bar is closed at 9 on on a Saturday night... Suggestion from Hyatt after driving all day? Go buy yourself some alcohol at the store.

The shower also leaks out into the whole bathroom, glad my phone is soaked, as well as my clothes for tomorrow.

Terrible.

We signed up to their new years dinner - we had been there last year and stayed at the hotel before. We left 2 phone messages before/around Christmas setting it all up, and even talked to somebody on the phone on Dec 28. All seemed ok and we were excited. Thus, we were utterly surprised an irritated to receive a phone call on Dec 30 telling us that they are not going to offer our reservation, leaving us with no options for our family celebration. Just not what you would call great service, unfortunately...

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Class Act!! The property, staff and restaurants are absolutely amazing. The location couldn't be better. Thank you Hyatt for making my ski trip memorable. I did not meet a single staff member that did not brighten my day. Keep doing what you're doing :)

Food was amazing!!! Service was spot on!!! Deven was one of the better waiters that I lucked out to be served by. He knew all the dishes by heart, made recommendations on the spot based on what we said our tastes were, and was always around to make sure everything was to order and also to have great conversation!
