One star is generous. LG is blessed with absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The Customer Service (based in the Philippines) is not motivated to address a concern, has no ability to elevate to management.
And don't even try to contact someone at LG Canada. They don't have anyone there who cares about customers.
Never, ever, not even once, will we consider the purchase of another LG product
