3 management companies changes in one year , garbage compactor always broken , pool out of commission for the whole summer , rent increase every year no concessions , parking situation sucks and the worst I've ever seen in an apartment complex in my life absolutely anarchy parking stickers don't work , bugs , stray animals , trying to keep rent with as the same value as apartment next door but they forget the apartments next door is actually run properly and BRAND NEW !!!!!
