Under poor management. Changed resorts to across the water and was VERY, VERY refreshed with welcoming and accommodating staff and a much nicer facility. I recommend calling RL before making a resveration at christies. Staff friendliness and attitude far supersedes facilities, food, and cleanliness, and RL exceeds in every category.
