Shambles of a company. Letter sent with my name but the property management companies address chasing a debt that has been paid to SSE. Contacted SSE who advised that the account is clear and has been closed. Advantis Credit are impossible to deal with and should check that their information is correct in the first place. I have wasted time trying to sort out this mess that appears to be their error - perhaps I should use their tactics to claim money from them!
