First, for the record, I am tough to do business with. I am a small business owner and I need things that are broken fixed, period. If you can't admit there is a problem or refuse to resolve it, we're done, again Period! I am the customer and you are the provider. Again; tough, demanding, and often in crisis. That is a small business!
Dealing with merchant services is always touchy; it involves handling peoples' money, making it very personal.
After over 5 years with VMS, and several of them working with Tina, I have to say I have been extremely pleased that she completely understands that small business never means small service or poor resolution. Thank you for working hard to make it easy to do business with VMS. That's all a business asks for and you delivered that and more.
