Review of New Shallots- challenge accepted!

Wow! First word that comes to my mind, just wow. Today I decided, let's change and do something different, and decided to eat at shallots no wallet barriers, here's what I found. I came in with my work-out shorts and t-shirt, something I believe few have that audacity to pull off.
This didn't phase my waiter. I mean this is the best waiter I have ever had! Hands down. He's respectfull, mindful, kind, patient, sociable, and overall the ideal waiter everyone wants. His name is Christopher and I highly recommend everyone ask for him because he makes the experience more than it is.
The new design of shallots is simple, and extremely elegant. They have Removed the bar and now sit you with everyone else, which makes you feel more comfortable and at home by not outing you as a cheap chump. The first dish I got was this sushi which was really good. I think it's called fugomati. I ordered the chefs special. The artsi design just says wow! At first it will throw you off because usually a steak is flat cut but this was in a square design, regrettably some parts of the steak were dry but the sauce that it came with cured it immediately. I asked for medium rare and it was more done then rare. Still it was delicious and perfect. The potatoes and asparagus were on point and well worth it. While I was eating there was a birthday there, and they brought out this amazing dessert ART. Looked like art. With candles and all that just impressed me even more. And when I finally got to my brownie ala mode. Seriously, no contest. I couldn't tell if it was dairy or not. Just really out there, amazing. Thanks shallots for making my evening dinner a real experience! Way to go!
