We bought a lovely farmhouse on the hills of Lustica in 2015 through Peter Flynn at ntRealty, Tivat. We are based in the UK and did not really know Montenegro apart from a holiday when we fell in love with the place. Peter was invaluable in the process. He helped find the property which is absolutely wonderful. In the negotiation process, he was professional and helpful, especially as many Montenegrins expect higher prices from foreigners. And he handled the legal process with our lawyers very well. This was our first purchase of a house abroad and we were understandably apprehensive. Peter made a big difference in making the process smooth, efficient and painless.
