Horrible. Stayed from August 15 till August 18th. Our room had no balcony or dining table. Kids had breakfast on the bed. Once kids spilled cereal on the carpet and it was not cleaned up by the stuff. Cleaning service is the worst ever. They barely make up beds and leave dirty towels and plastic dirty dishes just where they were. Garbage can is so small that it barely fits few water bottles. All you can eat breakfast is the worst with 5 choices for high price and now one to make anything special for you. Pool had so much chlorine that my child had tears for 2 hours non stop. Never have I stayed in such a garbage hotel. And they charge $15 a day for parking your car. Really? And towels and pillows. O my God. Bring your own please.
