Awful service!!! Never will I buy an LG fridge ag...

Awful service!!! Never will I buy an LG fridge again. Ive been waiting for 2 months for a CORRECT part for my water valve on our fridge. Sears is no better with the service call. Every time I have to wait for the appointment window and then explain the problem again to a new service person, Sears wont send the same tech out. Then the incorrect part is provided by LG.

Ridiculous!!! The product is not worth any amount of headache...let alone this exhausting process.
