I drove myself to the ER last Tuesday morning, because I was having an awful pain/discomfort in my chest. I obviously thought it was a heart attack, which was very scary. The ER got me right in, did testing, got me in an exam room, hooked me up to monitors, etc. Although it looked like it wasn t a heart attack, I was moved to the heart/cardio floor. Too make a long story short, I cannot even begin to put into words how terrific the nurses were; in fact every single employee that I came in contact with at that hospital was friendly & very pleasant to talk to. From my nurses: Myrra, Nichole & Toni (hope I spelled your names correctly), to Larry & Michelle in the heart cath procedure room (Thank you Larry for entertaining me!), even the transporters were awesome!!
Thank God my heart is in great shape & it was just my gallbladder that needed to be removed!! My procedure was done right around 2:30 on Wednesday & I was home by 7:30 that night!
