I made a payment for the month of February, and I set up auto pay thinking it would start next month. NO! They took out 2 payments! I tried calling, and they said it was applied to March. When I said that wasn't my intention, they stated they wouldn't give me my money back. The only way I could get it back is to cancel my insurance. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they just put me on hold for an eternity. I just hung up eventually. Trash!
