I own property in Edinburg and it was managed by Accel as we had relocated to SA.

My opinion as a property owner who uses their property managemen services, Ann and their staff (particularly Ann) have great communication, she is always clear and if you ask questions (like myself) she takes the time to explain everything. She is straight forward and keeps you up to date (by getting repair approvals and sending monthly statements with backup paperwork every time). Never shy to answer the phone and discuss topics like repair prices and vendor estimates and for me thats top notch. New hire eduardo gave a good explanation of a AC motor situation we had. The last tenants at my property were great, and thats because of their strict tenant selection.

She always made sure to have reserve funds to take care of repairs for the tenants and pay the contractors. Which for me is fair, even tho i might gotten the short end some months, its the nature of the rental property business.

They have done a great job so far. Now we are looking to sell the property and I hope to have a smooth process as well.
