Shenzhen Marriott Nanshan Reviews

It is a hotel with a low category among Marriott and can stay at a great deal.
The building itself has a sense of openness because it is all glazed where it faces the outside of the room. You can see the city of Shenzhen from the bath in the room. The night view was very beautiful.
For Marriott Marriott members, the 62nd floor lounge is accessible. The cocktail time was very popular with plenty of food. The view from the lounge can also be seen from the distant Hong Kong, which is the best city view.
Breakfast is also available in the lounge. There are few people using this one, so you can calm down slowly. Lounge staff were kind and polite.

Fantastic nice and chic hotel, spacious room with plenty of amenities

This is by far my favorite Marriott. A tower that is located in a young and new part of high tech Shenzhen, this hotel has stunning 360 views from the executive lounge, pool, and gym at 62/f. It also has great f&b, top service staff, and distinctive interior design in rooms and amenities.

A most convenient location in the Coastal City complex connected to Houhai subway (Line 2) via an elevated pedestrian walkway shopping street with tons of restaurants, bubble tea places & cafes, massage & skin care facilities, dental clinic, etc. Nearby Shenzhen University, Shenzhen Bay Tech Zone, Shenzhen Bay Port Checkpoint to go to Hong Kong etc; all within 10-15 minutes by taxi or around 30 minutes by the local bus system.
Luxurious comfortable atrium hotel occupying the upper floors of the SCC Tower designed by the same designer of Dubai Tower. Apart from the view, see the pieces of interesting contemporary art around the hotel.
Productive 2 days meetings in bright modern facilities at the 3/F Grand Ballroom. I was very impressed they prepared at least 2 different types of power sockets under the tables, for meeting attendees from different places have different plugs for their laptops. The coffee breaks have invigorating themes. An enchanting lady serenaded us with a modern English song in one, with snacks & drinks corresponding to the modern art & health theme in the Fitness Center, I was too busy snacking to take photo. Another lovely lady in a kimono performed a traditional dance in the Japanese theme, with cherry blossom high tea style snacks & drinks, which I remembered to photograph.

Stylish ambient, very good service and breath taking views. Also very convenient to explore the different parts of the Megacity. Very good Japanese Restaurant.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Shenzhen. Towering views. My room overlooked the harbor. Lavish breakfasrs. Modern interior. Extremely well themes. Love the accessories in the rooms and corridors. I make it a point to stay here every time.

Would do justice to the high price. Cleanliness, service, luxurious bed and bath, everything was there. Breakfast on the executive floor was international and very, very good.

This is my first stay at Marriott Nanshan. I was very pleased to be upgraded to a suite. The facility is awesome. Hotel was new, with modern look & feel. Perhaps one of the most well-designed Marriott hotels I've been to. Breakfast was also superior. Highlight was the service, which was terrific all around, especially at the executive lounge. When we used the meeting room, Cloris diligently helped us hook up the laptop to the TV, and had all the right connectors to do the job. My years of experience has been that most people (including ourselves) are quite IT-challenged. However Cloris was able to jump through all the hoops to get our laptops projecting with the TV. Kudos to the extra effort and awesome assistance. Dre at the front door was super helpful in getting a taxi and helping me with giving the directions to the taxi driver. Great experience, will be back for sure.

The best Marriott hotel in Shenzhen I must say,
Even though it is a Marriott brand, from my opinion, the overall qualities has reached out the standards of JW Marriott or Ritz, excellent services; located in the center of the Nanshan district, Shenzhen Bay Port and SZX are 15min & 30min by Public transportations.
Highly recommended for business travelers & Marriott Rewards Members.

Perfect if you have business in the Nanshan area. Very clean, modern, and great views all around. The hotel starts at the 43rd floor of a tower and goes 60+ floors. Expansive buffet breakfast and dinner.

Nice spacious rooms with great views from the higher floors; some moisture problems in public areas. Friendly staff. Easy access to shopping mall and metro (5 minutes walk).

Excellent modern hotel located near shenzhen bay border and ferry terminal. Probably the best marriott in shenzhen area, even better than jw marriot at futien. All rooms located at high floor 45th floor and up. Big room with modern nice design. Fast wi-fi. Good service. Executive lounge is quite crowded. Abundant food options at breakfast but taste wise Bakery section is the best, others are so so.

Very nice hotel and good location too! The gym has fantastic view! I like the big indoor swimming pool too!

The view, the facilities, the bedding, the breakfast and the location are the best of the hotels I have recently visited!

So far, I had Marriott hotels in the back of my mind rather than musty trade fair and airport hotels, which is better avoided if possible ...

On this trip, my wife booked rooms in Marriott hotels in two cities that did not fit my previous perception of this hotel chain:

The Marriott Shenzhen is a spacious, very modern and excellently managed 5-star hotel that is in no way inferior to most well-known luxury hotel brands.

We had a great room with a 270 degree view, the breakfast and evening buffet were excellent and the lounge was great.

In the future, Marriott hotels will again be taken into account in my travel planning.

The food quality was quite good and the variety was great. 400RMB per head for dinner.
