David Ramirez was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what was important to me in a car and led me into the perfect fit. He worked with me on my financial needs and priorities and we came to an agreement that made it feasible for me financially. Daniel Baldwin was also a pleasure to work with in the finance department and listened to what was important to me as far as maintenance agreements, explaining things in a user friendly way.

I didn't feel inappropriate pressure and was very comfortable every step of the way through the whole process, from the initial sales engagement through the minute I drove off in the car.
