Hello, my name is Yolanda King and I stayed at this hotel for the Essence Festival 25th Anniversary this past weekend. It was my first time visiting New Orleans and a special occasion my birthday. My experience was AMAZING EPIC MAGICAL! Everything you'll ever need inside a hotel they have right at your fingertips. I would like to recognize Ms. Tammy who works there for being so sweet and friendly! She is the epitome of excellent customer service. Keep being GREAT it looks good on you!
