Hal Dail was recommended by a friend for my divorce case. Hal was completely unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent. Because of his actions, I lost my children in my divorce as well as every penny of my savings. When I fired him, he falsified the bill to try to get more money from me. I alerted one of the senior partners, Mike Joynes, and he missed two phone appointments set by his assistant, did not return any of my phone calls and did not hold Hal Dail responsible for his negligent conduct. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
