On April 10, 2013, I was involved in a accident that caused my car to be totaled out. I was at my wits end because I did not have another car and could not afford a huge down payment for another one. I called Richard Kirkpatrick on April 21st and explained what was going on. He had me to complete an application online and within 2 days found a car that I could easily afford. On April 24th, I drove out to Evanston and met with a sales person Richard set me up with named Savio who was incredible. He made the whole process seem effortless and was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been an Autobarn customer for well over 20 years ever since Richard was in Chicago on Grand Avenue. The whole experience from the first phone call with Richard , to meeting with Savio, to finally sitting down at the end with the credit manager was great. Never have I ever went to a dealership at 7pm in the evening and drove out with the car by 10pm, the whole process was quick and efficient. I appreciate all that was done for me and would like to thank everyone involved, even if I cannot remember your names. I would recommend The Autobarn of Evanston to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle and want great professional service.
