I had a fabulous experience. Dominique Cargile was my salesperson. I called ahead to let him know what I was looking for, the specific things I needed, and the color. When I arrived the next day, I saw the most gorgeous deep red Grand Cherokee waiting for me to test drive. It was absolutely awesome. He showed me all the apps, how to use them, explained the Eco system and what to expect when I came to a stop. The others who were a part of this deal are 5 stars as well.
