I've been trying to speak with someone from customer service for the past 48 hr's. yesterday 2 hr. wait time.. are you kidding me! Finally get a call back a day later and speak with Destiny.. I tell her the simple issue, she repeats its back to me completely incorrect and then she's gone! I'm disconnected! You think i get a call back? Pffft! Done & Done with the star!
