The team here is terrible. One of the staff here does not even keep track of product updates, and could not tell if they had old models or new ones.

Buying here always has hidden fees compared to the Apple Store down Walnut St.

Service isn't great either. The team is not really that knowledgeable about products compared to Apple Store. Just basic salespeople speak. I don't know why anyone would visit this shop when there's a real Apple Store just down the road.

Look at how there s essentially no 2-4 star reviews. Obviously fake 5 star reviews by paid staffs trying to drown out the numerous 1 stars reviews.
