These guys are really good at not doing ANYTHING. I called because the gas company has been ignoring me, and missing appointments. I called the gas company 75 times in 2 weeks to try to get my gas line moved. They never responded to my messages nor did they show up for their appointment. PUCO said well that's not a 'violation' so there was nothing they would do. It would be great if they did their job and held a state sponsored monopoly accountable, but I guess that is too much to ask.
