On visiting Montenegro for our first time in May 2018 we quickly fell in love with this beautiful country and its friendly welcoming people.
By chance on a Sunday afternoon we came across ntRealty in Tivat , as it turned out what a lucky find. In next to no time we had been sent a list of suitable holiday homes, which we narrowed down to ones we were interested in viewing. Beba, with her extensive knowledge of the area and local property market, drew the short straw of taking us around to view the options. Beba quickly ascertained our likes and dislikes and by the Friday had found us two properties of great interest, an off-plan apartment in Donja Lastva and an old house with stunning views in Krasici.
After much deliberation after returning home we eventually decided to proceed with the purchase of the off-plan apartment in Donja Lastva.
