Their fully equipped workshop operates 5-days a week where you can obtain free advice on repair options or even purchase the tools to work on your own bike. Repair drop-offs and pick-ups are welcome on weekends.

The Lambton store is open 7-days a week, even on long weekends (except Christmas and Boxing Day, Easter Sunday and Anzac Day).
