Contacted PUCO to resolve a complaint with America...

Contacted PUCO to resolve a complaint with American Electric Power (AEP) regarding a smart meter installation which we requested be changed to a "Traditional Meter" as afforded by law.

PUCO revised our telephone complaint to the point of distorting our complaint to serve themselves, then when we re-issued our complaint via formal online complaint form, they simply deleted that public record. Now we are forced to take action against PUCO and the Utility to get our complaint heard and resolved. Samantha Boerstler, Robert Fadley and an unknown accomplice will become the focus of our claim in court.
