I came in for a recall on a vehicle I had just purchased. The appointment setting and the service visit were executed professionally. My first visit was great.

On my second experience, I went in to replace my front axle. The service consultant recommended some essential, and non-essential services which I didn't need for another 7 months / 7,000 miles. Yet, he did them anyway and charged me almost $120.00.

Then when I got my car back, it was apparent that someone had "lived" in it, with passenger seat totally reclined, the heat up, the music tune to a station I don't listen and a McDonald's wrapped.
