Incredible fresh and contemporary architecture that makes it feel more like a living room than a theatre. The theatre itself allows for experiemental and avant garde performances but honestly, even if the theatre weren't there I'd still want to come and hang out in the bar or upstairs on the balcony overlooking the Cut. Exactly what a contemporary theatre should be.
