Wierd noises in room, but staff made sure we were ...

Wierd noises in room, but staff made sure we were accommodated properly and relocated us to a quieter room. Club amenities nice, but wine is locked at 10pm. Clean and personable staff as expected at Ritz. We do not stay anywhere else when traveling.
