The public utilities commission of Ohio is a scam just like all the third party suppliers they help to steal your money. Don't bother calling them because their interests are not those of the consumer.

I cancelled a contract with a third party supplier in November of 2017. That supplier refused to cancel and continued supplying me for another 15 months. I called PUCO to seek some recourse, but they came up with a bunch of ridiculous explanations as to how it is okay for scammers to do whatever they want, regardless of what the contract says.
