My first impression at the dealership started out ...

My first impression at the dealership started out bad (just trying to reach a live person in service; no need to get into details). Luckily the store has someone as good as Kate Moody in service. I work at a Jeep dealership in South Florida and my son goes to FSU, so I needed assistance for him. I was so close to leaving a one-star review (REALLY CLOSE), but Kate saved the day for the dealership. Without a doubt, she's an asset to that dealership. If you need help in service, ASK FOR KATE MOODY.
