I would like to thank you and everyone at Summit for giving us the wherewithal to update and beautify our grounds. . We couldn't have done it without you.

Your knowledge and ability to budget has allowed us to turn this once poor, run-down community into a place where people want to live. Getting Summit on board as our Management Company was the first phase of making this happen and then getting you as our Property Manager has allowed our little community to flourish. Thank you for all the help and support and I hope that we can all continue on together to make this a place we can all be proud of.
