The piers down at the Narrows...off of 64th/ st. h...

The piers down at the Narrows...off of 64th/ st. have always been in dis repair. I had my boat in the water, 4 adult friends in it, and a Plank, that Looked nailed down, but was not...imploded when i walked to the boat, i feel in water up to my chest. My back was SLAMMED into the pier, i had to be lifted up by my friends. I called 'the State of Va. they came out and took pics of my severly bruised body, and the pier was fixed the very next day. This Firm, Joynes / Gaides RUINED my suit, they did not even send the Investigator out to interview the wittnesses....no correct filings done in the proper time. I have root nerve impingement, ruptured discs on L4 and L5...My back is RUINED for the rest of my life. This firm did NOTHING to help me, actually i am writing whilst lying down, my back hurts so badly, after all these years....i am ruined. They did NOTHING, and this is why they have such bad ratings. I wish I had NEVER come to them, the way my situation was handled, i have to wonder.....why...they just did NOTHING, then my statute...expired, and here I am. NEVER would I recommend this firm. Never. There should be a MINUS ONE STAR.
