Have always liked LG products. The first time we need help with our 3 year old LG washer on extended warranty, called 7 times & spent more than 6 hours on the phone to get a service appointment. Was offered service on my Whirlpool refrigerator and dryer twice. Both of them are working fine! Promised six times we would receive a call in 24- 48 hours. Have not received one call to date. Most infuriatingly frustrating customer service ever. Not sure if the problem is Best Buy-Geek Squad or LG! Arghhhhhh!
