Very pleased with the prompt service received for my misbehaving air conditioner. First contact was with Nichole, who kindly set about to find a speedy appointment because of the heat spell we are experiencing. She took a personal interest in my problem, for which I thank her. Technicians Devein and Buddy arrived on time, extremely thorough in getting to the source of the problem, then fixing it. My questions were addressed and answered politely and patiently.
