The lady at the desk with the poofy fro is super snobby with her comments. The bald guy with the glasses acts like he knows everything when all he s trying to do is make you pay more money. Very bad customer service. These people must be unhappy in their personal life and bring that into the work space. Not professional, only go here if you have an arm and a leg to spare.
